How do I blend a wedding decor theme with our cruise destinations and my favourite colour pink?

I am getting married on a cruise ship at my home destination but will be traveling to Paris, Italy and France. I love the color pink so I know that I want the color coordination to be pink. However, I think it would be fun to somehow include decor that depict these cities. The question is how?

Ok…this is what I am reading.

You are getting married on a cruise ship. You are looking to incorporate the port of calls into a theme involving the color pink (????)

If that is the case…we need to know your port of calls.

Also I am getting married on a cruise headed for the Western Caribbean. The best site for help with cruise weddings is www.cruisecritic.com. These boards are awesome and so many brides there to share information with! Go the the "special interest" section then go to "wedding & honeymoon cruises". You will be truely additcted!

EDIT – Seeing as I know nothing about any of these ports..only the obvious thing is coming to mind for me. Also knowing how extremly limited cruise weddings are makes it even harder. How about narrow it down to just one port of call and do something like this. This is something everyone can relate to even if they don’t know anything about the port of calls as well.

#1 – You can bring candy/chocolate on the ship as favors. #2 – They have pink candy chips (white chocolate dyed pink) that are pretty tasty. #3 – Just about everyone knows about the Eiffel Tower. #4 – They are super easy to make. #5 – They are fairly cheap!

You could name the tables for the wedding party after the main places in the different countries E.g,Paris, Milan, Rome, Calais, and other places in france and italy. Perhaps incorporate the counties in the centrepieces somehow. Or have a buffet style meal with french and italian food E.g mini pizzas, brushettas, cheese, wine, baugettes, croissants etc.

Well, navy is a very nautical color. Navy and pink would look nice together.
